What we collect

When you search for resources on this site, we log the search terms and ZIP code you enter, along with a temporary session identifier. We use this data solely to improve search quality and to identify gaps in our resource directory.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information unless you contact us directly.

How we use data

Search query data is used in aggregate to understand which resources are most needed in which areas. We may publish anonymised, aggregated reports. We do not sell, rent, or share individual search data with third parties.

Data retention

Search logs are retained for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

This site uses session cookies for authentication (admin users only) and rate-limiting. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
