About This Resource

The CEAP program assists low-income households with utilities (electric and/or gas/propane/wood) and teaches each household methods to control energy costs and become more energy efficient. Only electric bills will be paid in the summer. Depending on the circumstances, electric and/or gas/propane/wood may be paid. Limited funds may be available for rental and mortgage assistance. Call for more information.
