About This Resource

Main Street Ministries Houston (MSMH) was founded to consolidate three active and successful outreaches: Operation ID (offering help to restore lost or stolen identification), the Shepherd's Center (offering limited financial assistance and literature on hundreds of other resources in our city), and Holy Ground (dedicated to physically and spiritually feeding the poor). Since January 2011, our building has also housed a second location for Work Faith Connection, an outreach focused on helping ex-offenders find and keep jobs. Addition, there are over 1,500 benevolent agencies in and around Houston to whom we can refer clients that will assist them with situations beyond our mission or the scope of our efforts.
