Income Tax Return Preparation - Volunteers from the community help prepare basic, current year tax returns for eligible taxpayers free of charge. Individuals and households who earned $60,000 or less last year qualify. Must call for an appointment. Several locations throughout the city. There are also two year round offices open to complete prior year and amended returns
