Medical clinic. Patient pre-screening appointment required. Walk-ins accepted upon availability. Private pay fee is $25 for Medical, Dental and Vision appointments. For residents of Lewisville and nearby areas-call to verify qualification. Assistance with utilities, Rx, food, clothing, job search. Food Stamp employee comes to office twice a week for applications or updates. Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Closed daily from 12p-12:30p. Classes offered are GED, ESL, Literacy, Keyboarding instruction, Computer training, job search support, budget training, free tax preparation, forklift certification, medical billing and coding program.
