- court Cases that are filed in Municipal Court include Class 'C' misdemeanor violations including: Traffic Violations, Parking, State Code, and City Ordinance Violations. TIP: you will not be arrested at any of the city of Austin Municipal Court locations when attempting to pay or resolve a fine. If you are unable to pay, community service hours are available. If you have recently served time at the Travis County Jail or the TDCJ Travis State Jail , you may qualify for time served. Bring proof of time served to see if you qualify.
