About This Resource
El Paso Emergence Health Network (EHN) and it's dedicated staff are committed to assisting El Paso's most vulnerable citizens, residents with either or both severe and persistent mental illness and/or intellectual/development disabilities and/or substance abuse issues. We also have a clinic for integrated care, serving both medical and mental health needs under one roof. At EHN we work to help these individuals and their families find resources and treatments to help with their disorders/disabilities and become as independent as possible.
