Services/HIV-Early-Intervention-Services HIV Early Intervention (HEI) provides intensive case management services for adults living with substance abuse issues and HIV. Our case managers are dedicated to helping our clients learn more about their addiction, develop better coping and life skills and learn to identify relapse triggers, all in the safe, supportive environment. HEI Case Management includes Personalized support, Addiction treatment and counseling, Referrals and follow-up to community resources for: Medication management, Health care, Housing, Counseling, Participant advocacy as needed, Individualized case service plan, Mentor and support group meetings, Transportation assistance
