- health/programs/hiv-prevention HIV Prevention Program: The goal is to provide culturally and quality customer service to those individuals who receive HIV and syphilis tests. We provide counseling and testing services and refer to other programs as needed. The HIV Prevention Program offers FREE Confidential/anonymous HIV, testing and confidential syphilis testing during walk-in Clinics: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 am - 11:30 am and 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm. For appointments on other dates feel free to call. FREE Condoms available during Clinic hours and outreach services.
