Outreach assists new HIV/AIDS persons in accessing the service systems (30 days) Case Management Team provides persons living with HIV/AIDS access to services for a longer period. Plan to help client become independent, assists clients who have been unreserved or denied service by other providers. Will meet with client where they feel most comfortable. Hours of Operation: Adult Medical Services and Pharmacy: 9 AM to 6 PM Monday – Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM Friday Pediatric Services: 9 AM to 6 PM Tuesday – Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM
