Primary Care Clinic - has provided health care services for lower income, uninsured families residing in Angelina County. Prescriptions, Referrals, Laboratory, Flu Shots, Health Risk, Assessment, Health Education, Preventive Health, Chronic Disease Management, Prenatal Services. Sexually Transmitted Disease Program (STD) provides diagnosis, treatment and counseling for STD's such as Chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis. Tuberculosis Control is provided locally through the ACCHD office. The staff provides TB screening, X-ray referrals, and treatment of positive reactors and cases. HIV / AIDS Prevention Services provides information, brochures & videos. Free anonymous and confidential HIV counseling and testing is offered.
