About This Resource

Open to the general public. Provides primary health care services, including family medical care, nutrition counseling, Tuberculosis skin tests, and prevention and health education, such as diabetes classes. Provide immunizations, such as Hepatitis A and B vaccinations, for children and adults who are established patients, and only during their yearly physicals or another exam. Do not provide prenatal care.
