provides eligible vets, their dependents and others direct and general support and assistance in all benefits to which they are entitled from federal VA. Provides emergency financial assistance for rent, mortgage, and utilities. Applications for SSI, AFDC, Food Stamps, WIC emergency food pantry Senior Citizen meals. Assistance limited to once every 3 months.
