Shelter for homeless, transients, and residents, limited prescription assistance, limited water bill payments, counseling, and referral. For assistance you must bring: Victoria Co. Photo ID and S.S. cards for entire family, if photo ID is not Victoria Co., need proof of residence in county; proof of income; proof of expenses; Disconnect notice if for utilities assistance; meet poverty guidelines. Caseworker accepts cases Mon - Thursday 9:00am-3:00pm; Food is given on Monday thru Thursday 9:00am-3:00pm; with VICTORIA ONLY local identification. Clothing assistance on Thursday 9:00am-3:00pm. Shelter hours: 5:00pm to 9:00pm bring ID; Supper 6:00pm, breakfast. Homeless single males or single women with children. Must wait 3 months after a stay.
