Amarillo Public Library cards are free to all who live/own property within the Amarillo city limits. Have proof of address available to staff when applying for an APL card. Non-residents may purchase an APL card for $18 per year. There is a $33 family rate to provide all members of a family with annual fee cards. The Library offers a job seekers lab Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 and Wednesday mornings from 10:00 am -12:00 (noon). Call 806-378-3586 for more information. A Spanish speaker is available on Tuesday evenings to assist patrons. In addition, there are several online library resources available to assist with obtaining employment. You will need your library card number and PIN.
