Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS - Supportive Housing Program - International AIDS Empowerment’s housing program are federal, state and city program that provide rental, mortgage and utility assistance, case management and support services to people living with HIV/AIDS. The program is a full service system that provides long term Tenant Based Rental Assistance, case management, housing relocation /stabilization services, career/job/school/training counseling and support to people living with HIV/AIDS. Coordinator(s) also provide mediation, credit counseling, security /utility deposits, utility payments, moving cost assistance, and other services.
