Central Plains Center is here to help the people of Bailey, Briscoe, Castro, Floyd, Hale, Lamb, Motley, Parmer and Swisher counties overcome the problems associated with mental illness, Intellectual Disabilities, addictive behaviors, and developmental delays in infants and children. Our Mission –To improve the quality of life for persons with Intellectual Disabilities, mental illness, and chemical dependency, and their families, by offering an accessible system of services and resources which support individual choices and promotes lives of dignity and independence.
