Variety of Resources. Lubbock Impact Clothes Closet is open Wednesdays 1:00-3:00pm and 6:00-7:00pm. Food vouchers to the South Plains Food Bank are given out Wednesdays at 1:00pm. We are limited to 20 vouchers/week. Food Voucher Requirements: Picture ID, Social Security Card, Proof of Residence (utility or other bill). *Clients may receive 3 food vouchers in a 12 month period, being at least 30 days apart.
