Must have a visual impairment. Provides programs geared to increase the independence of the visually impaired. Programs include Technology evaluation and training, School of Business, Job Readiness and Placement, Rehabilitation Center, Career Guidance, Blind Children’s Education Program. Those with other disabilities may participate in the Rehabilitation Center vocational programs.
